RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
If your product is faulty, you must notify Fashionly within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims received later than 24 hours after delivery will be rejected.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Please send an email to [email protected] regarding the faulty product which attaches your proof of purchase receipt and photographs of the item. We will notify you of the outcome of your refund. If you are successful, we will email you instructions on how to organise your return. Please do not simply return the product to us.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 14 days.
We do not offer any refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If you received the item as a gift and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
