How long does shipping take?

Once an order has been placed, it may take between 2-3 days for the order to be processed. Once processed, the standard delivery time estimated is between 13-20 business days.

How can I track my shipment?

We endeavor to process and dispatch your order within two to three working days to ensure you will receive your order. The tracking information will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched and can be viewed in your account. It can also be located here.

What do I do if my order is taking longer than usual to arrive?

If your order is taking a little bit longer than usual to arrive, please allow an additional 10 business days before contacting us. Please be aware that if a natural event is occurring domestically or an event is occurring globally, these may also affect the standard delivery times and are outside of Fashionly’s control. We do not take responsibility for these matters.
