Shipping Policy

At Fashionly, we offer limited time only free shipping for all purchases made through our website.

When an order has been successfully placed, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process these orders and forward to our couriers. At times there may be delays due to high volume in orders, please allow an additional 3 business days from the standard time for all orders to be processed.

Once your order has been forwarded to the couriers, or shipped out – shipping times for delivery vary depending on country to country however we estimate between 2-4 weeks for international orders. You will be sent a tracking number for your order when your order has been shipped or assigned a tracking number by our couriers. It usually takes a few days for your tracking status to start updating. Tracking will be end-to-end and updated along the way from shipment to delivery.

**All shipping time and orders do not include clearance and or custom delays as these vary depending on your country.


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
